Yes! The Free version includes all core diagnostic features and will always be free. No credit card required, no time limits, no feature degradation. We believe everyone should have access to basic network diagnostics.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll automatically revert to the Free plan.

Each Pro license is for one computer at a time. However, you can transfer your license to a new computer by deactivating it on the old one first. This is done easily through the License tab in the app.
