By downloading, installing, or using ReteFigo ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
ReteFigo is a network diagnostic software application that provides tools for testing and analyzing internet connections. The Software runs locally on your computer and provides diagnostic information about your network.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The free version of ReteFigo may be used indefinitely without payment.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Network diagnostics are estimates based on available data. Results may vary based on network conditions, server availability, and other factors. ReteFigo is not a certified measurement tool and should not be the sole basis for contractual or legal claims.
The ISP Complaint Generator feature provides templates and compiled data to assist users. It does not constitute legal advice. Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any complaints filed.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update the Software from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using certain features. We are not obligated to provide updates or support.
We may terminate your license to use the Software if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
Pro license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@retefigo.com for refund requests.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
